Brynne Gant
Owner, Attorney
Brynne is a Colorado attorney focused on probate, protective, and fiduciary matters, with a practice that also includes family law and the intersection between those areas. She brings a steady courtroom presence to high-stakes cases and has handled dozens of contested hearings and trials in probate, protective, and family-law matters.
Brynne also serves regularly as a court-appointed fiduciary. She takes that role seriously and finds it deeply meaningful, since it sits at the intersection of law, family dynamics, and practical problem solving. She is also a certified mediator and believes many disputes can be resolved efficiently when people have the right information and a clear picture of their options, risks, and benefits.
Before entering private practice, Brynne served nearly four years as a Weld County Deputy District Attorney, where she tried more than 40 jury trials including everything from petty theft in County Court to child homicide as one of the SVU DA's.
Brynne is active in the Weld County Bar Association and served as President Elect, President, and then Immediate Past President from 2022 to 2025. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section.
Brynne earned her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School after graduating magna cum laude as an undergraduate. She has been licensed in Colorado since 2013.
Outside of work, Brynne loves spending time with her husband and two children, writing (fiction and nonfiction), and enjoying the arts. She is also an amateur triathlete and weight lifter.
